First actual release of my QVMOk so I finally released my QVM

List of Bot Improvements
* Bots evo and buy weapons if the can
* Bots reload if they can
* Bots don't spawn block
* Bot skill level actually works
* You need admin flag "&" to set bots to teamkill mode.
* Bots act like turrets instead of instantly turning to enemy.
* Bot skill level is based on turret speed.
* For example bot with skill level of 2 turns twice as fast as turret.
List of CRAZY modifications
* Crazy mode removes restrictions when on
* List of restrictions removed:
* /buy restrictions like alien weapons, mgturret, hive, lockblob(trapper), and telsagen
* Buying/Evoing without creds/evos
* Buying/Evoing without arm or if your right next to a human. [level >= 2]
* Buying/Evoing all weapons/classes while only s1
* Buying/Evoing with build time active
List of Command and flag changes
* Added !muteall and !unmuteall to mute and unmute all players that you can normaly !mute
* Added new command !crazy to allow admins to change the crazy level
* Added /callvote crazy [level] to allow non-admins to change crazy level.
* Changed !bot add and !bot del to !botadd and !botdel respectively
* Changed !botcmd to allow you to make bots follow people other than yourself (!botcmd botname fa [person to follow]
* Changed !botcmd to allow for easier use see !help botcmd
* Moved the for from !time to 'a' flag for !admintest and now 'C' is for !crazy
* Removed the decolourization of !commands in server console
* You need admin flag "&" to set bots to teamkill mode.

* g_crazylevel controls the current level of craziness
* g_crazy controls disables all the craziness, !crazy and /callvote crazy
* g_nomgturret disables /buy mgturret and removes it from everyones inventory

* Fixed the problem of neverending drug effect from drugging spectators with !drug
